Initially, we will have a consultation to discuss all of your unique home search and buying needs. We also will inform and prepare you for what to expect in the home buying process including escrow, and answer all of your questions.

As a buyer, it is critical that you feel comfortable and confident before, during and after your purchase. We make you completely aware of all the various methods of financing that you may want to use.

We will arrange a private showing of any property you want to see including new construction and For Sale By Owner (FSBO). When you find a home that meets all of your needs, we will discuss purchasing strategy with you regarding offer price, financing terms, interest rate, possession date, and anything else you want to know.

As FRESCA a client, we help you by preparing the offer with the terms, provisions, and addendums that protect your interest. We then present the offer on your behalf to the sellers/agents.

And so you can feel assured about your purchase, we will negotiate a one year Home Warranty Plan, by the company of your choice, on your behalf at no cost to you. This warranty for your home will last a period of one year.
