As an independent brokerage, our name is everything. We have always been driven to establish our reputation on the satisfaction of former clients and referrals. And unlike many local real estate companies that pay a monthly franchise fee of 4-7% of their revenue to operate under a national name, Fresca Realty wants to earn your business.

Fresca Realty has a network of inspection, title and escrow companies that we work with. In addition, we will work with inspection, title and escrow companies that you have selected on your own. It is Fresca Realty's goal to provide you with the independence to choose the services you feel most assured with, whether it means the use of professionals based on our recommendation or yours.

We are members of the National Association of Realtors® and the California Association of Realtors®. It is the biggest and most powerful association in Real Estate. As Realtors®, Fresca Realty is held to the high set of standards and conduct that all Realtors® are sworn to when they become members. In addition, we are part of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). The MLS is a comprehensive database where properties are listed for real estate agents to view and receive information.
